Our editorial approach
A useful schedule starts with a source.
Here’s what a listing means, what we check, and where the limits are. Last updated October 7, 2026.
We begin with the organizer
We use official organizer pages to confirm the name, date or recurring schedule, format, cost, and joining instructions. Each detail page links back to its source and shows the date it was checked. We do not treat an old third-party calendar as current confirmation.
Dates and recurring schedules are different
A dated listing refers to a specifically published occurrence. A bounded series can include individual calendar entries when the organizer gives its dates and times. A recurring listing summarizes an organizer’s regular schedule and asks you to confirm availability directly; it does not create an endless set of assumed events.
What “live” means here
Our session listings are for online practice offered at a shared time. We avoid labeling recordings as live instruction. A recurring online room does not prove that a human host or other attendees will be present at every moment. We do not show estimated attendance, fabricated activity, or unverified “live now” badges.
Timezones and calendars
The page initially provides UTC times. After it loads, your browser’s timezone is used for dated sessions. Calendar downloads use the confirmed UTC start and end so calendar apps can apply your local timezone. Recurring schedules retain the organizer’s stated timezone and do not get guessed calendar entries.
How listings age
Dated events leave upcoming results after their end time. A series leaves after its final session. Recurring sources are given a review deadline, generally one week after checking; if that date passes, they are removed from current results until reviewed. Detail pages remain available with a clear stale or past label and the official link.
These rules run automatically. Checking the source itself is an editorial task, and this first version does not promise continuous monitoring.
Costs and affiliations
We display the published cost and note optional donations or access requirements. We never describe a trial for a paid service as a free ongoing program. No organizer has paid for placement in the first version, and links do not currently earn affiliate commissions.
Corrections
If a listing conflicts with its official page, follow the organizer’s current instructions. You can send a correction through our contact request form; include the listing URL and the changed detail so it can be reviewed.
